Mohammed Hassen

Mohammed Hassen graduated from the University of London, and taught African and world history for three decades at three universities in the United States, including Georgia State University, Atlanta. He has been widely published in the field of Oromo studies. His recent article is titled “Genocidal Conquest, Plunder of Resources and Dehumanization of the Oromo in Ethiopia” published in the Journal of Genocide Research, October 2021. The title of his last book is The Oromo & The Christian Kingdom of Ethiopia 1300-1700” first published in 2015 and reprinted in 2017.
